Kesler was one of the best two-way forwards in his prime and one of the most hated players in the league if he wasn’t on your team.
You could argue that Ryan Kesler could slip down to third or fourth line center but he fits well on an alumni roster slotted in between Mogilny and Trevor Linden. A goal-scoring machine who put up 76 in his best season. A very skilled forward in his day who was always able to turn nothing into something. Arguably the three greatest Canucks to ever play for the city of Vancouver. I would guarantee that this will be the exact top line for this team. Now, in NHL 20 you can find out the answer to that question (in a video game at least). Now finally something every Canucks fan has thought at least once or twice while the Sedin’s were in their prime, “Imagine how many goals Bure would have scored if he played with the twins.”
The twins were cycle-passing legends and will always be remembered as amazing set up guys, especially together. It would also be debatable that the Canucks were lucky enough to have two of the best pure passers the NHL has ever seen in the Sedin Twins.
